I never eat breakfast and never force myself to eat. I wait until I really feel that gurgling hunger pain before I eat anything. And then always eat less than 300 calories per "sitting".

TOM= Time of the Month I eat Peanut Butter off the spoon. :wink: It satisfies that creamy sweet flavor but the protein is sooooo good for you and helps with the iron requirement. And the best part is it still feels like a guilty pleasure... :)

Someone explained this to me in a way I could understand.... If I drop my cell phone on the ground... I don't smash it into a million pieces... :huh: If I am over my calorie goal by 70 calories... don't want to smash my day by overconsuming 500.... ......It made sense to me... :laugh:

I had to cut out cookies entirely!!! Not because I couldn't log them in moderation, but because I know they are my trigger food and since I CAN live without them... It took almost a year for me not to ache where my incision was when doing crunches... but once my doctor gave me the ok... I just pushed through it and believe it or not... exercise helps heal those sliced muscles. Listen to your body. :) Good luck... I'm still not all the way there...!

I am from Minnesota.... and I know exactly what you're talking about.... pretty sure it is not starvation mode... it's just so cold for the type of food we are eating.... My answer... a spoonful of Peanut Butter, warm socks, and hot Tea... :wink: Enjoy your winter!

I am a single mom to 3 kids and am too busy to snack during the day... so sometimes if I'm a little short of my calorie goal. I will grab a spoonful of peanut butter before bedtime!! :bigsmile:

Turkey Ranch Stroganoff 1 lb Ground Turkey Sauteed White Onions Mushrooms 3/4 Cup Light Sour Cream Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Powder Mix all the above together and serve over egg noodles.... Delish!! (remove the mushrooms if you are a shroom hater!)
