Anybody got any good turkey recipes? I just had my first turkey burger and it was really good! My family is big on hamburger so i think switching turkey sometimes would be good for us.

  • Turkey Ranch Stroganoff
    1 lb Ground Turkey
    Sauteed White Onions
    Mushrooms
    3/4 Cup Light Sour Cream
    Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Powder

Mix all the above together and serve over egg noodles.... Delish!! (remove the mushrooms if you are a shroom hater!)

I have tons of recipes let me know what you like to eat, but basically anything I would have used ground beef for I substitute with turkey. That includes spaghetti sauce, chili, meatloaf, and lasagna.

The only thing i'm not big on is onions. I know you can sub turkey in most of your hamburger recipes, but my dad is really picky and when i do that regularily he complains. If i could get some original turkey recipes maybe i could squeeze them in once a week or so. Thanks for the information. Definitely think i'm going to try the stroganoff.

Same with me! Use it in everything....and if it's seasoned properly you absolutely can't tell its not beef!
