Ya, sodium is pretty SATAN in diguese. I try to eat as less as possible usually maxing out at around 1000. I watch my unnatural sugar, and sodium like I watch my calories and fat. I usually eat mine for dinner. I know, I know. I am fired. And maybe you shouldnt take my advice. But it works well for me. And I also usually pair it with a salad, or broccoli.

Im 5'8, and big boned. LOL, and I am not using that as an excuse for being overweight (like I use to). I started at 258 (really big boned) and now I am at 163. My goal weight is 158. Although, I would love to be 140, i dont know how realistic it is for me.

While I havent hit 100 lbs yet (currently I am at 94 lbs lost- in about 8 months), I am almost there. I almost never eat 1200 calories a day. My average is probably near 1000. While I do eat, I make sure I eat pretty clean. I also work out 6 hours a week. Message me if you want more info.....

I use a whole bunch (5 packets per day) of sweetner. Everytime I tear open a pack I get this horrible gut feelings that tells me, "you say you want to eat clean, this is not clean at all." As noted, I NEVER eat back my calories. I have been at it for over 6 months now, and I am still going strong. Even with having lost this amount of weight, I still continue to lose 2 lbs a week. Booyah!

i wish i could give you some sort of advice, but I cant. The purpose of my message is to say I totally know what you mean when it says "under her calorie goal". But, oddly- I think that is suppose to not be a good thing on this site. I think you are suppose to eat right up to your goal.... afterall it is called a "goal".
