One can of chicken (or half of can) Half of a bell pepper chopped One Jalenpeno Chopped 4 Sticks of Green Onion Sliced One Serrano CHopped Mix together, you can eat with wheat thins or crackers if you would like.   • I never EVER eat back my calories. It works for me. This is the firsy place whete I have heard if eating more to lose weight.I'm not a professional but to me it makes no sense.I have lost 78 lbs I think by ONLY working out and eating better food cjoices in 6 months. Happy losing.

  • 26 eat anywhere from 900-1200 daily. never eat calories back dont eat past 3 pm. Low sodium, no sugar or fast foods like taco bell. at least 5 hours of cardio weekly. lost 74 lbs since jan. 2
  • I weigh myself a thousand times a day. Before I get on the scale I can almost guess exactly what I will weugh cobsidering what I ate and drank. Im in tune.   • SUBWAY! veggie delight on flat bread, no cheese, no mayo, no vinegar, oil, or salt and pepper. You cannot even tell your sandwich is missing all the goodies because the taste of the veggies will overide any other flavor that may be missing. This is the lowest cal/ sodium item on the menu!

  • <3 c25k. i started and finished it. When I first started I remember being so proud of myself bc i actually ran 60 seconds straight. In 9 short (but long) weeks, I was able to run 30 min straight. I definatly recommend this program to anyone who has a desire to start running.
