Yesterday warmed up and cooled down before and after each workout plus I drank 12 glasses of water!! Today's positive mindset: I am much stronger today than I was months ago!!!

Yesterday I drank 12 cups of water and I did all the weight workouts I used 8lbs for the dead lifts and arm curls. So what are you doing this week to make sure your focused and making good choices? As for me I am logging food in starting today and I have water bottles filled and by my side at all times. Plus finding ways to keep busy to keep my mind off of mindless eating. Whatever works for you get busy doing it!!
