Day 11 & 12 complete didn't get to post yesterday 45min of Yoga X and all of Legs and Back looking forward to finishing up the week with Kenpo X later today!! Am I the only one that struggle with Yoga X seem to be my issue any suggestions?

Normally on New Year's Eve I don't like the New Year coming in with them still up!! I am kind of tired of decorations since some of my neighbors had there's up since the day after Halloween:noway: !!

For me it's one serving of nuts or granola trail mix things that I buy for snacks!! I can never just eat one serving try to break them down in baggies but I still take 2 bags!! Hey Kristen just curious what are the dates for the next challenge!!
