  • :smile: I am a 54 year old women who is trying to loose the 12 lbs that i put on over the holidays. My problem is that i work 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm. When i get off i come home and eat. And sweets have always been my weakness. I am determined to excerise and loose these 12 lbs. If you have any suggestions please help me out.…
