Have you tried spaghetti squash? I just did the other day and it was really good! I used it just like it was pasta.

I'm fine with water and I had a yogurt, but I'm having trouble with my greens. I keep forgetting to grab a salad or some vegi's. Going to have to remember to run thru Mcd's drive thru and get a side salad tomorrow morning.

I had a Resting Metabolic rate test, active metabolic test and a DEXA fat scan. I'm hoping that it was worth the price I paid...hopefully it will pay off. As far as how close it was...I think MFP had my BMR at 1650 and this said that my RMR was 1749. So not that far off.

I had: 7:30 am : 1 piece of Flax and Fiber toast with ~ 1TBS Natural PB on it and for my 10:30 feeding...I had 1/2 c of oatmeal with 2 tsp of sugar. oh and 1.5 cups of coffee and 34 oz of water!

I got to work today and remembered that I left my lunch on the table! ugh! Now I'll have to hit the fast food places or run into the store for something quick. Any suggestions on what I could get?
