I love mine for hiking rocky areas...they're really grippy. I just started wearing them while running and so far so good; however, I'm a beginner runner. I measure out stuff all the time. How else are we going to learn what an oz of nuts is...or 4oz chicken breast. Maybe by this time next year I'll be able to eyeball it, but until then...I'm weighing!

That's just a coincidence. My defaulted calorie allotment for MFP is 1230 for a 2 lb loss per week; however my BMR is 1620 (or something like that). That being said...I have A LOT more to lose than you. So a 2 lb a week loss is possible for me. I have the problem of how to adjust my calories to keep me losing without…

I have a Polar f11. I love it and couldn't live without it. It's very easy to use. The chest strap is comfortable. I haven't had any problems with it interfering with others. It's just great.
