My bf is Welsh and weighs 9 stone. I think he does have a high metabolism but I have noticed he more or less follows the 5:2 diet without meaning to- eating a lot most of the time, but then some days just not being hungry and barely eating.

I currently weigh in at 149 with a height of 5'4.5 and I am currently wearing a size 7 jeans US. Usually I wear size 8, the 7s I'm wearing right now are just my favorite. My goal is to be a size 4 at about 115-120. Previously I was 125 and I wore size 6 most of the time and some brands size 4.

I'm a scale addict. I weigh almost every morning and several nights as well. I just know my night weights tend to be about 2 lbs heavier than my morning weight and I only ever record my morning weight. I also notice a big difference during that time of the month too.

My ultimate goal weight is 115. But I may end up changing my mind. I think it depends on how much I tone up. I was pretty happy with my weight at 125 before so I'll have to wait and see. In high school I ran 6 miles a day at least 6 days a week and if I didn't super stretch, I got shin splints and they hurt sooo bad.
