This Topic is just what I need! Hi! I'm new to MFP and can't stay under 1200 calories (since the Holidays and traveling).Got to get back on track! I make smoothies with 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of Spinach, 1 gup of almond milk, 1 scoop of Soy Whey Protein....Blend and drink!
