  • I don't typically exercise, but this challenge motiviated me to start day 1 of the 30 day shred video. Here's to hanging in there for the next 29 days (and perhaps by then it will be a routine and I will continue on!) :-)
  • Age: 35 years old Height: 5' 5" CW: 142 lbs GW: 130 lbs DW: 125 lbs Not to good about exercising... but I do enjoy cooking and plan to transition to cleaner eating and overall becoming healthier.
  • My goals are to: - make weekly meals plans that incorporate cleaner eating - drink more water and less coffee - keep daily eating log to help me stay on track with calorie intake And as a result of this I hope to lose at least 10 lbs and gain more energy. Good luck to you all with each of your goals!
