I normally leave for work at 5:00 so I work out at 3:30 or 4:00 on a work day. On weekends I like to catch up on my sleep so I get up closer to 8:00.

I started collage last fall and I'm trying to lose my freshman 15 and some extra weight that I've had for a few years. More importantly I want to be more athletic, even when I was thin I had no muscles and couldn't run for more then a few minutes before losing my breath.

Hi, I'm almost 19, 5' 7" and 141 lbs. I'm trying to go to the gym a few times a week but I feel so embarrassed because I have no idea what i'm doing or what equipment to use.
