  • Stick with it! Your weight may go up initially, but you'll drop inches.
  • Isopure is my favorite. They offer it in powder, and also in a sports drink - decently low on calories, tons of diff flavors, mixes well with lots of things (I use it for shakes and in my oatmeal) and is super low in cabs if that makes a difference to you.

  • I'm sure many will agree that Quest bars are one of the best bars out there. Lots of protein, many different flavors, no fake sugars (those artificial sweeteners are hidden in SO MANY of them and kill my stomach!), accommodating of people who are gluten free, and tasty to boot. Texture is funky at first but they grew on me!

  • Well - it sure as hell ain't ice cream or water ice. And if my boyfriend and I are snacking, I'm trying to steal a bite of his Ben & Jerry's in between my spoonfuls.
