You look amazing! :) Great job!

I've seen this and have yet to try it. Maybe it'll help my cravings for an apple pie. lol

I attend a bootcamp 3 days a week. The rest of the time I workout on my own. I'd rather listen to my beats than carry a conversation.

I asked to join both groups. I’d love to get back up on a horse. I used to compete in jumping (4ft) and dressage until I began my focus on training with behavioural horses and younger greener ones. Being as big as I was I was solid in the saddle and could handle any bucking horse. The last time I was on a horse was around…

Amazing! Great job! :)

Squat. Do it! You'll be forever thankful.

My husband, my bestfriend and my mother knew. That was about it. I kept it a secret because I didn't want people to see me fail. I've kept it up since January and everyone is seeing the progress I've made and comments from coworkers have recently came out within the last month. I'm getting a few people on board and it's…

I have not done insanity but I can relate. I too have issues staying motivated when trying to do dvd workouts at home. I’m good for 2 weeks on a dvd schedule and them I’m mentally blocked. I have however been consistent in attending my boot camp classes 3 days a week for the last 5 months and I LOVE IT! I hate working out…

Yesterday I ran a mile straight (second time I've ever done this and the first time was a month ago). Today, the fact that I did not die after my morning bootcamp session as I had taken 2 weeks off due to a scheduling conflict.

Coffee and rye bread with peanut butter.

I like the one on the right!

Cookie dough. I may have had some last night... YUM!

I'd eat a real meal. I'd start fresh again tomorrow.

Keep me accountable? Having friends who are in the same boat who are making healthy choices and exercising daily. They help me to get off my butt and do something active. We check in daily. I don't want to look like a slacker. Motivation? Seeing the changes in my body. I may be falling in love with myself all over again!

My ultimate goal is 180lbs. I'm currently at 246lbs and was at 325lbs this January.

You ladies are welcome to add me as well. My first goal is to lose 100lbs (21lbs away from that goal) and once I reach that I'm aiming to lose another 45lbs. I'll be completely honest and let you know that I haven't logged recently but I'm on here motivating the friends I've made in order to reach our goals.

Amazing job!!!! So happy for you in this journey!

OH my. He is a sweetheart. Glad he's home!!

I exercise to challenge myself not to mention the good feeling of accomplishing something. Every time I work out I make it a game with myself. I try to push myself harder each and every time. Find something you enjoy doing that is phyically active and it wont seem like exercise. Walking, biking, hiking, running, workout…

You are welcome to add me if you wish. I've lost 75lbs since January. I'm working to lose another 25lbs before the end of this year for a 100lbs loss in total. In January of 2014 my goal will be to lose another 25lbs and anything more than that will be simply amazing! :)
-
My goal right now is to get to 225lbs (that is another 25lbs and would be a 100lbs loss for me). At that point I'd like to keep working until I got under 200lbs.

I'm 5'7 and 250lbs. I walk on a 9 inclince at 3.0mph for 6min and i'm dying. I walk on a flat surface anywhere between 3.2mph and 3.4mph. I can jog at 4.0mph-4.2mph for normally in the range of 15min but I have done it for 20min every now and then. Today I jogged at 5.1mph for 2min and 5.8mph for 1min. Haha

I joined the gym four months ago. To this date I'm still the largest female there. I joined the gym at 280lbs (was 325lbs in January) and I'm now 250lbs. I was scared to go into the gym. Embarassed. For the first couple of months I kept my head down. If I couldn't see them they couldn't see me. Now I'm much more confident…

Beautiful!!! :)

Yep. When I was pregnant and in my first trimester I would go into the storage room - lock the door - and put my head down on the desk or just completely lay down on the floor. I'd set the alarm on my phone to wake up in 45min otherwise I'd likely be asleep for the rest of the work day. We now have a "dreaming or scheming"…

Great job. You look stunning!

We are going through *almost* the same thing with our almost 11 year old daughter.... She's not active period. Never was. She took after me which doesn't say much - hence why i'm on this site. She loves her electronics. We've tried soccer, dance, gymnastics and something else too can't remember. Hates sports except for…

On strictly cardio days I bring my Ipod and watch my tv shows (only time I ever let myself watch my own shows) otherwise it's cartoons at home for the kids. It keeps my mind focused and the time just flys by instead of watching the clock. II just switch it to music when I'm jogging otherwise I can't focus on my breathing…
