I want a Fitbit .. the Force to be exact, but the skin rash thing is preventing me from pulling the trigger. Do you guys have the Force, or something else? Anyone experience the rash?

Good stuff here, and likewise, I'm terribly sorry for your loss. I went through something similar in 2009 ... lost my fiancée in an accident, two weeks before Christmas. Yes, let yourself be open to grieving, and understand that it's ok to do so WHENEVER you need to. I was prone to crying jags at work when I finally went…

Lift heavier weights. I lift three days a week, and honestly I can't lift more than that because my muscles are tired and need time to recover.

It really is rather deplorable ... I don't get it. It's bad in my office, and I wash my hands religiously because of it. And have the dry skin to prove it, despite my attempts at slathering on lotion.

After that, depending on the time, I'll do another 35-50 minutes on the stationary bike, sometimes a tempo ride, sometime intervals, sometimes "hills." On the weekend I'm…

I lift three days a week, and do cardio at the end of each strength workout (anywhere between 30-45 minutes -- usually stationary bike). I'm going to start adding a fourth day or cardio this week on my indoor trainer (cycling) at home because I'm establishing my base miles before outdoor riding season starts. I lift…
