I have my Herbalife aloe (mango) everyday! We add the 16oz bottle to a gallon of water and store it in the fridge. I take a 1 oz shot morning and evening. I find it helps sooth the entire digestive tract from entrance to exit.

It depends. Do you use the Personal Protein Powder (PPP) or the Protein Drink Mix (PDM)? PDM + Formula 1 + water would be good. PPP+PDM+ Formula1 + water would be good. PPP+ Formula 1 + water - not so much.

Until I bought my Magic Bullet for work, I would use a shaker cup and pour the shake over ice. Did that for about a year and worked out well. I used this one:

Really depends on your pace. For a fast walk or slow jog I do a 4 count. Every time my right (or left - doesn't matter) I'd count. 4 counts for an inhale, 4 exhale. Yes! I use both the Personal Protein Powder and Protein Drink Mix. Added to the Formula 1, it makes the meal replacement shake awesome.
