Go with what the Panera app says. MFP is a crowd sourced database. That entry could be from someone who got double dressing or really got a full salad or something. We’ll never know.

I don't cook, so eating out is pretty routine for me. I'm not currently tracking, but unless it was a truly special occasion to me (e.g. MY birthday or MY promotion, not everybody's birthdays and promotions) I tracked every restaurant bite just as if I were eating at home. I simply could not have lost weight if I didn't. I…

If you entered in your guided set up that you want to lose 1#/week, then your calorie goal already factors in the deficit required.

What kind of shoes are you wearing? How old are they? Sounds like it could be a matter of support more than stretching.

The Food Data Central site from the USDA has several downloadable nutrition files.

I find most vegetables pretty bland and generally shop for texture over "taste" (thanks COVID!) I can hardly eat any without some kind of "flavor", which usually comes with fat, mostly dips. I like to use a balsamic vinaigrette or Caesar dressing to switch things up. Frozen vegetables I like to toss with chili crisp oil…

I keep frozen roasted chicken on hand. It comes diced and ready to go after a minute or three in the microwave. Pre-cooked shrimp take just a few minutes to defrost under hot water. Frozen meatballs or sliced beef are pretty quick too. I'm not really a "cooking" type of person, so I've found a lot of shortcuts over the…

Most people looking for social interaction have switched to Lose It or My Net Diary.

Salad kits. Open bag. Empty into bowl. Stir in dressing and toppings. Top with protein. Takes approximately 7 minutes depending on how long the protein takes in the microwave. I have these twice a week or so.

For me, mindful eating had to be practiced. Again and again. As diligently as I’d practice piano before a recital. I use the 10-point hunger scale to assess when and how much I should eat. The low end is hungry and the higher numbers relate to how full you are. I only eat if I feel hungry and I check in a few times during…

I'd pick one and go with it. Why type everything twice? I'd say if the social aspects aren't something you're interested in, stick with MFP. If you want social interaction, you'll probably be happier at Lose It.

I don't log, but I do maintain my usual practices with my internal cues and usually keep up with my movement habit.

I'd also point out that very little is "critical" when it comes to nutrition. Our species has thrived for millennia--gained muscle, lost weight and survived any number of natural disasters, all without protein windows and perfect macro balance. Just do the best you can over the long term and it will all work out in the end.

I took a peek over there last night. I’m impressed with how big that group is!
-
With the boards as slow as they are now, I think there will be a lot more "late" answers to posts. Without many new posts, the old ones look more current than they are.
-
Friends isn't really a function any more since MFP deleted the newsfeed. Or at least not a useful one. I think all it really does is let you see each other's diaries - but no comments or other interaction on what you see. The options now are DMs, creating a thread in the Community forums, or creating a private group for…

I use a posture board when my foot acts up. It's a little wedge shaped box that you can adjust the angle of the top board. I stand on that for 5-10 minutes a couple of times a day and it really helps.

Newsfeed has gone into the ether. MFP deleted it earlier this month. A lot of people have gone to Lose It and My Net Diary because they have the social/newsfeed feature.
-
Complete Diary does nothing but bring up the "If every day..." box. It used to add a post to newsfeeds, but that's not a thing anymore. It affects nothing you've logged and the date will continue to turn at midnight and be ready for logging a fresh new day. It's essentially a useless button for the actual diary. **I’d also…

What does your lifting routine look like? Sadly, lifting isn't much of a calorie burner. Even powerlifting, I'd only get 200 - 250 calories from a workout. I went by how I felt afterward and ate the extra calories if I felt peckish. If you're working on fat loss, increasing your calories above what you earn for the workout…

I’ve never intentionally depleted all of my glycogen, but I’ve “bonked” on quite a few sessions. Why would you want to feel that awful on purpose? Misery doesn’t burn any bonus calorie.

Set the number of servings to the total weight of your finished dish. Then you just enter the number of grams you eat as the number of servings in your food diary. So if your dish weighed 500 grams, you'd set that as the number of servings on the recipe entry. Then when you eat 100 grams, you log 100 servings of the food.

If I get some that’s especially pasty, I’ll just thin it out with a little water or vegetable broth until it’s the consistency I want. Think of it kind of like chile paste that can be adjusted as needed. Or, as I like to call it—a chile smoothie!
-
What's the consistency like? I like the jarred sauce because it's thicker and more chile-like. I'd love a cheaper option, I probably eat some version of enchiladas two or three times a week. Just can't do the liquidy soupy stuff.

I don't know from experience, but when I was poking around, I saw that their site says: "Creating an account means you can log in to any MyNetDiary-supported platform and access your data. Convenient logging is essential. Use any device--your computer, iPhone, iPad, or Android phone. And when you create an account, you…

It's hard to tell without more information. Offhand, your higher calorie days are most likely cancelling out your deficit. Quick math says that your daily average for a week ranges anywhere from 1642 calories per day to 1900. While a good many women can lose weight at 1900 calories a day, there are also a whole lot who…

It's probably not worth the effort of reviewing on the app store. MFP is burying anything negative with "Developer Responses" to older, more positive reviews.
-
It's not coming back. MFP has discontinued the newsfeed. It sounds like most people are moving to Lose It or My Net Diary to find each other and use the community functions those apps have.
