You can add me. I have four children (2,5,7,8) and am looking to lose around 45 lbs. Where are you stationed? How often would you like to "compare notes"?

I'm with you on this one. I've been in the military for over 11 years now. After 4 kids, my body isn't nearly what it was when I joined at age 18. Plus, just because you're in the military doesn't mean you're the poster child for fitness. I definatly need improvement in that area and am constantly trying.
