I have a similar goal..I was already at my goal weight, but put on over 20 lbs after a back injury.. I am 5'0 and 142 lbs. I'd love to get down to 120 lbs, ultimate goal weight is back to 110-lbs.

I am 5`0 113-lb and 46 yrs old. I have the same maintenance calories. When I started I also had 1560 cal -day, but as we lose weight, our smaller bodies needs less calories to maintain. Edit to add: Usually I am full eating around 1300 cal-day, but there are times when I eat out, or other occasion I eat more, I just make…

Stay within the 1300 calories and the weight will slowly come off. I tried to restrict calories in order to lose the weight fast, and it got me nowhere. I cut my daily carb intake in half, usually around 70-day. This way I can still eat some rice and pasta, just not as often, and a smaller portion. The weight will come off, you already lost 7-kg that`s a lot of weight in a short period of time. You just need to be patience, you din`t put on all your extra weight in two…

Thank you for this info. I`m wondering what type of fitbit to buy, the flex or the One. I work in a retail store, and I'm using my hands a lot. Not sure if I get the flex,it might would over estimate the calories burnt, just because I move my hands a lot..

I agree.

I bought one last year from www.hoopgirl.com I really like it. It is collapsible, and 2-lbs. This was the only model that they could ship to Canada.. I ended up paying almost $ 50.00 duty fee, but my stomack got really flat, so it worth every penny.

My bf bought one on the weekend, and he loves it.
