Actually, I found it quite rambling and rather condescending ,so I skimmed over most of it once we got to the kitschy bank robbers. Guess that's just the view from MY saddle.

Are you trying to help him get a girlfriend or an escort? :embarassed:

Shhh! You'll get in the way of the embittered bickering. Which is kind of ironic since people in this thread are shaming each other for their opinions on both sides of the coin. :(

So, your wife doesn't shave her legs or arm pits then? Because as a woman, I think it's safe to say that most of us have not magically remained hairless in those areas since we became post-pubescent. My personal preference is, if I have to keep things nice and smooth, I'd like my man to do the same thing. He can leave his…

Yeah, I'm doing the 3 meals and 3 snacks method for myself. As others have stated, as long as you're hitting your calories and doing what's comfortable for YOUR body, when and how often you eat is irrelevant. Me personally, I love the act of eating. So when I try to fit into the "3 Squares a Day" routine, my subconcious…

It's you taking an active role in your health and fitness, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. It may seem rigid…

I've never actually tried Shakeology, but one of my girlfriends used to swear by it. She had two little kids and didn't have time to get them ready in the morning, fit in her eliptical workout AND fix herself something to eat for breakfast. It seemed to work for her. :)

Actually, no. Gonzo is my dog's name. I was going through a Muppet phase when I named him. lol

This may sound silly, but a friend of mine got over her aversion to water by doing "water shots". Before every meal she'd toss back a single shot glass of H2O. It was only 1-2 ounces and over before she knew it, and she felt better about getting at least SOME water into her daily habit. Eventually, she said she realized…
