How long have you been restricting calories? When I start restricting it takes my brain about 3 weeks to convince my stomach it doesn't need food all the time. Most of my dieting is mental.

In my opinion "If you not hungry you're not dieting" I don't mean starving but it's near impossible to lose weight and not be hungry at some point during the day.

New York City required Benihana's to put the Calorie count on the menu. just eat 1 slice of pizza or maybe half depending on the size of the slice. I usually will eat something else low calorie with it. ie. a can of green beans or 1 cup of broccoli. oh and i chew really slowly and enjoy every bite.
