  • Since I'm generally not a sweets-for-breakfast person, I will mix it with a little bit of leftover rice pilaf, and maybe some nuts, if I have them. If I am in a sweets mood, though, pineapple tidbits in juice.

  • Totally with ya - kale is not food! (Neither is pumpkin, but that's a story for another thread.) I do however, make lots of smoothies with spinach. For a refreshing change of pace (and to gross out your coworkers just a little less), try using frozen cauliflower as a base.
