Count me in I do about 13,000 on good days two walks a day

Usually I eat a little less than 1200 and I walk 4.0 for 30 minutes most day and I am going down but slow lost 5 pounds since Christmas

I weigh myself when I get up in the morning, every morning so I can see what I might be doing wrong if I gain weight, If I loose then I look back at what i did. :laugh: :laugh:
