I have been doing swimming. In the summer, I can do more swimming than now. So far I've lost 43 pounds with some changes to diet and swimming since July 1. I don't eat back the calories.

Seeds are a good appetite suppressant. It takes around two tablespoons to be full from a seed mixture. It probably would be more effective to eat nuts but I can't.

If it's weight loss you're after, then for sure carbs have to be looked at. If you lower them for a bit, you can add the in here and there until you find the level where you sustain weight loss. Protein is pretty important. Good fats are also important (monosaturated like olive oil and coconut oil).

P.S. Look closely at how many calories you're allocating to sugar and carbohydrate, versus fat and protein.

If you measure your waist and hips and under your boobs, every so often you'll see a difference and be able to record it on here. You can set it up in settings.

Include good fats (olive oil, canola, tahini). It's more filling and good for you. Whey protein is likewise filling while bringing up your protein so you can hold onto your muscles. I eat around this amount as well. Good luck with your weight loss.

Eat the good fats 'Olive Oil, Tahini' and a few others and always try to feel full by increasing protein and reducing carbs. That seems to be the trick. Exercise helps too. When you get down, have someone tell you that you're beautiful.
