I use an Omron electronic thingy to figure it and BMI. Just did it today and it was 39.30 with a BMI of 30.10 In the past week my body fat went up while my BMI went down....that's weird! I lost 4 lbs this week and several inches. At 22.3 BMI I felt the best, so that is my goal. i usually pay attention to the BMI numbers…
