Most Keto sites say Protein, then Fat, then Carbs. Keto Zone says Fat, then Protein, then carbs. Confusing. Does it really matter?

I walk 2.5 miles in the morning and 2.5 in the afternoon, mostly woods, this time of year with snowshoes and my husky, Remington.

I started in january...I make to level 2 for about 3 days and go back to level one LOL I think it's been 2 weeks since I did it last I need to get back into it. Worked wonders for my abs.

hubby and I got a Jawbone UP non-bluetooth version at Best Buy online sale for $29 and free shipping. I would never have done it for $100. Very cool, but not $100 cool. We keep ours on all the time and I sync mine with MyFitness Pal so all my diary entries automatically upload to the device.

I drink coffee in the morning and earl grey in the afternoon....best of both worlds! Dh is not a coffee drinker but drinks black tea in the morning.

when I need a dessert, sugar free jello gelatin (20 cal in one full cup) or pudding (70 calories in 1/2 cup of chocolate pudding made with 2% milk....add 2 TBL of regular Cool Whip for 25 more calories!) don't know if it's junk food, but I'll take chocolate pudding any day over a cookie. :)

Hubby and I just got the old generation...UP w/no blutooth, it plugs in to sync....we are low tech people LOL. Love them! I use mine for all around fitness and link it to myfitnesspal online. Dh uses his mainly for sleep and step tracking right now.

I just bought a Jawbone...it would be cool to link it to a scale, but I'm not that tech saavy. Accuracy is important to me, because my last digital scale I had to get on and off 3 or 4 times and then take the number that came up most often.

Love Zumba class! Unfortunately my instructor's work hours changed so now she only does classes at night, and I'm an early morning gal. Havent figured out if I want to find another instructor. She's my good friend, too. She does do a morning class on Saturday so i suppose I can go at least once a week.

whole wheat tortillas are good. That being said, if you are concerned what is in the bread you're buying, then bake your own. I do, or I buy it at the local Mennonite store.
