I have a friend that's on it and raves about it. I just can't do a diet that is that restrictive. You are supposed to eat like a caveman. LOL.

Zevia is more expensive but supposed to be a better alternative diet soda. I understand the diet=chemicals stuff, believe me I do, but I am desperate to lose weight, and I am all about the numbers, so diet pop helps me keep my calorie numbers down.

got bored with the treadmill too quickly. Love it outside, just spray on deep woods off, carry my ipod, have my hat and sunglasses and GO! Also I can always pick a different route....usually 3-4 miles round trip minimum.

recession came, lost job, had to quit gym, then my dog died and I hated walking alone.......so the lack of constant exercise made the weight creep up. I had kept off a 42lb weight loss for 2 yrs prior. Gained almost 50 lbs over the last 4 yrs. now I'm back at the gym, walking/running 4 miles daily...starting to melt off…

Kringles are overated, brats from there are as good as at my local meat ,market. I make my own cheese curds. Nuff said.

if I have a busy Saturday or Sunday, it ends up being a rest day. Otherwise I always do something...even if it's a 2mile walk with the dog or 20 minutes of yoga on the wii-u.

We have chickens, so we have fresh eggs. I eat 2 a day for breakfast as a spinach feta omelet, and a boiled one for a snack if I feel like it. My husband has 3 in the morning and 2 boiled in the afternoon. I definitely feel the difference between that and days when I have a protein shake in the morning because I'm in a…

I drink them on the way to Zumba or Cardio class in the morning because I need something in my stomach but don't feel like eating that early.

LO so true. A friend of mine was on it and found protein bar wrappers in her bed one morning. She thought 'no wonder I can't lose weight, I sleep-eat!!' Not to mention she spilled hot coffee on herself once during a sleep walking/eating episode. Weird. She went off that right away.

Thanks for the info! I originally tried the first EA Sport Active but the More Workouts was much more friendly and better graphics. I did the 6 week challenge but then moved on to create my own workouts with Workout on My Own section. Seem mot of the negativity comes from the batteries needed for EA 2 as well as the remote…

I lost 42 lbs and kept it off for 3 yrs until i went on Zoloft...gah! I gained 50 lbs in a year's' time struggling to diet and exercise as well. I finally went off it completely in October, and my weight finally started dropping in January. Hopefully i can get it all off this year and manage stress without meds.

Just found this group here! hello! Been using EA Sports Active More Workouts and love it. Wanted to pick up EA 2 and wondering the pros and cons of 2 vs. More Workouts. I like the idea of the heart rate monitor, but it's had some neg reviews on amazon.

I had that same question! I like it because it is similar to honey, but was disappointed to find it has that many calories in it. Guess i'll stick to Stevia for now.
