Well done. I have been logging my calories for a week now and i am down 3.5lb in the 1st week. I am the same i think before i eat now. I look at something and think is it really worth that many calories and then choose a better option.

Hi, Im 47 and live near Milton Keynes. I Have got all my baby weight to lose, (my baby turned 10 the other day). I need a kick up the backside every so often to keep me on track. I have about 60lb to lose.
