You could try shape up for the xbox one. I bought it years ago and it's fun little games that incorporate fitness. It should be pretty cheap about now. I only stopped using it because we didn't really have the space to make it effective!

There was a kickstarter that's just been made public called Vi i think and it's meant to be a personal trainer type thing through headphones. Kinda pricey but it should last a long time!

Yoghurt with Harrissa paste or mint is really good also light mayo with sriracha makes a nice sauce for pasta/ dipping sauce. For stir frys I really like soy with a splash of sweet chilli or orange juice. If I'm in the mood for sweet I do soy sauce and some tamarind.
