No no... I've been told when just starting a new exercise program you'll gain a bit of water weight, as you'll retain extra water around your muscles as your body's way of trying to prevent injury. Keep at it, and take before photos. You will be glad you did by the end of the month.

I completed some fitness blender workouts I copied from here! Still think I'll do an extra few rounds of push-ups and weights tonight.
