I've lost all my fat, see ticker below. I don't sweat water weight, I was just curious how long it hung around on other peeps because 7-10 days seemed a rather long time, that was all...sigh.

Dude you sound a little grumpy! *lol* I eat WAY more then 1200 calories a day, lift heavy, take measurements. I am not usually bothered by weight fluctuations, can't lose 150 lbs and not have them. The reason I asked, was that it usually doesn't take a week for me to fall back into my normal range, and wondered if anyone…

Haven't done Body Beast or p90x2, but I have both. Gym is out, can't afford it Right now, plus I prefer to workout at home! Thanks, for talking the time to answer! Oh, as far as equipment, I have dumbbells, plates, barbell, medicine ball, Swiss ball, kettle bells, skipping rope, bands, pull up bar.

I'm bumping this, because I want to know also. I do @ 2 hours a day 5-6 days a week. P90X and Les Mills Combat, hopefully someone will have some insight!!

Eating, I've never been one to eat back my exercise calories. I tend to just eat when I feel hungry... although now I am burning 800+, so It's something I need to look into! Thanks for the link!

I'm doing Combat in combination with P90X right now. I really like it, but it is not nearly as intense as Turbo Fire. In my opinion anyway!

How funny, I am currently drinking a Yogi Coco tea! I like it, there is no actual tea in it though. KUSMI also makes a yummy chocolate tea, a spicy chocolate one, and a chocolate mint one :)

Weight loss is not linear, if you could see my weight loss graph, it looks like a crazy roller coaster. So many things affect weight, sodium, your time of the month, a hard workout. Just make sure you are sticking to your goals, and keep up the good work!

I don't do "cheat" days because I eat a treat when I want a treat. I've lost 146 lbs. ;)

I did their 1000 calorie burn one yesterday, didn't burn close to 1000 calories, but it was challenging!

I always have a coffee before I work out, seems to give me that extra "oumf"

I don't add oil to mine. I use some of the water they come in. Taste fabulous, and less calories!

The "New Rules" peeps have a new book just out called "New Rules for Lifting Supercharged" It's a really goof read, and the program sounds pretty cool!

Just a smidgen over 5`, started at 263, lost 143, and now sit at 119...
