They have been amazing in helping me control my PCOS and IR, you can see from my ticker how well! The lady at the health store I buy mine at tells all her customers about me, and my success with them! *lol*

I have PCOS and IR, I do HIIT 3 times a week, and lift weights 3 times a week!

I always plan what I am going to eat the day before. I also add in my exercise based on the number from my HRM from the week before, then I go in and change it if the HRM shows a different number that day,

Actually that is one of the things they claim is not true in this book (the AB work from squats and deads) They seem to be backing off some of the stuff in their previous books, that's why I was curious if anyone had read this new one. Thanks for your reply! :)

Actually cold pressed, organic, extra virgin rapeseed oil is very good for you. I use it along with coconut oil and cold pressed extra virgin olive oil

First I want to thank you both for taking the time to answer my post, it is much appreciated! I am lifting because, number one, I enjoy it and hope to build muscles, get lean, boost my metabolism etc. I lift heavy, as heavy as I can to reach failure by the end of a set (or close to it). I have noticed that mine doesn't grow as quickly. For example, at my highest weight I would shave in the morning and have 5 o'clock shadow by the evening. I just finished the Lean for Life phase last week! I followed a hybrid of my own making though.
