I have nothing else to do and am too lazy to think of something and the TV is already on and I am in the room. After all that I will watch it and sort of enjoy it...no snacks prepared though since I wasn't planning on it. That is sort of making me sad...to miss the snacks..

The skim milk I put in my coffee every morning....don't want to take the time to measure - its morning...... Spoon licks. If I grab something within my goals at night after I am off the site everything else gets logged.

Your question make me think of the old, "you MAY, but CAN you?" distinction. Certainly there are no rules about this. Try it and if you can manage it, then its fine. We are all so different on here. I am doing well in a 'one day at a time' mode, so I wouldn't risk it right now.
