I like to treat myself and have the yogurt. The kind i get is only 90 calories for a half cup its not horrible. You cant deny yourself from things. It shouldnt be a diet it should be a life style change. Do what ever you want..

You are drinking 50 oz which is 6.25 cups. 8oz equals 1 cup 20oz + 20oz + 10oz=50 oz Then divide that by 8oz to get the number of cups. Keep up the good drinking

I chose to weigh in on sat mornings. This is the best to pick a day and time and do it once a week. Every once in a while i peek during the week. Hope this helps Debbie
