Congrats on not smoking. The Epstein will be over soon hang in there you can do it! My husband quit cold Turkey. He did it on new year he has not smoked in one year three months and 21 days. I quit about 7 years ago cold Turkey and haven't picked one up since my grandpa died. We r here for you keep up the good work.

Im so sorry about your loss. Hang in there! I have lost a lot of people close to me to cancer. I have been concerned about cancer for many years. The dr is keeping me full of all the info about anything i ask:)

Sorry so late:( I weighed in at 160 a gain of 1 lb BUT i lost 7 inches total. my arms gained muscle!!!! Im so excited i see the change in my body!!!!!! I feel great!!

Question what is Plank for 2-3 min? Also I didnt have a lost i gained 1 lb, BUT i lost 7 inches total on my body!! Im gaining muscle in my arms and muscle weighs more than fat!!!
