  • I recently started this method and increased my distance from 5k to over 10k with an average pace of 10:30. I'm not a veteran runner, but I started back in january and was amazed at my sustained energy. I've increased my 1 mile time from 10:30 to 8:45 with this training. I'm a huge fan.
  • I'm reviving this thread. This is my first beachbody purchase. I'm used to jillian michaels bfbm. I thought something different would be more motivating. Chalene flies through the moves and I find myself behind. Then I feel like my joints and tendons are getting more of a workout than my muscles. I was hoping for something…
