I alternate between Hello Fresh, Green Chef and Sun Basket. I order vegetarian meals - Green Chef is the only one if the three that offers vegan. Hello Fresh from is 30% cheaper. They're all tasty and good with good customer support. I like the variety, recipes, time saved shopping and measuring, and lack of waste. Sun…

Hi Bernice, I set my macros to 40-30-30. I just finished 21dayfix extreme. I kept track of my food in 2 places: MFP & a spreadsheet focused on containers. 21dfx really helped me be able to manage portions and let go of foods that make it harder to reach my goals. Love to hear about your 21df journey! Gururas

Would love to join! I've been doing PiYo about 6 weeks and love it. I do PiYo 5 days then Kundalini Yoga the other two. I'm a vegetarian with some dairy - raw, local mostly. Limit grains. Lots of fresh veggies. Really looking forward to connecting on PiYo. ~Gururas

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, strength & hope. I share your concerns about "obsessing" over the details on food out here in MFP. For me using MFP let's me *not* focus on the food, but more on nutrition and the steps. I've been using MFP for almost a year and use it as part of my tools for abstinence.…

Some folks are asking why a "coming out day" or what is straight privilege, so I looked around the web and found this. Daily effects of straight privilege This article ... was written by a number of straight-identified students at Earlham College who got together to look at some examples of straight privilege. These…

What a great picture!! After cleaning them up a little we've dried them in our dehydrator and also tried freezing them. They last really well both ways. For years I've tried to determine which were Chicken of the Woods and which were Hen... Wikipedia has some nice pics showing the difference: - Chicken of the Woods…

I really appreciate your post! I started going to OA about two weeks ago. I’m returning after some 15 years away from OA. Back then I attended something called a Gray Sheet Meeting which is very strict. The OA/HOW meetings use more or less the same food plan as Gray Sheet. The meetings I'm attending now are held in the…
