Good Lord woman! What you've been through, and what you've accomplished - amazing. Good for you. I admire your courage and honesty. Enjoy all the physical and emotional accomplishments of you've made -- nicely done, what an inspiration.

Thank you everyone!! I know you're right... seems obvious but I just needed confirmation.

Ok - deep breath - thanks. I think I knew that was the answer but I had to 'hear' it. Ripptoe vs. random guy - LOVE IT. Thanks SS. -M

Is there a way to tell what type of bar the gym has? I looked to see if there were any markings on the bars at our gym - but didn't see anything. Is there somewhere I should be looking. I assume the ones I'm using are oly but I don't know how to confirm.

Congratulations. I LOVE the data, it helps to tell the story week by week. Well done and keep up the good work!

Just catching up on my reading. GREAT post - brilliant suggestions and reminders. I particularly appreciate the suggestions to set up recipes in MFP, weigh a whole dish, and weigh out those 'splashes' of milk in your coffee. Thank you!

GREAT post. It's all do-able ... the hard part is that last bit about patience.

Those fights are the worst! Sounds like you've made a lot of progress learning how to take care of yourself rather than "hurt" yourself. Congratulations and good luck moving on.

Wonderful pictures - I'll echo the compliments on your hair, so cute! Congratulations. Keep up the good work.

I've definitely had 'runner's high' before, this was similar but not as intense. It wasn't an unpleasant experience, just unexpected.

Hummm... will do - happens that I'll be meeting with him tomorrow. Thanks!

Wonderful inspiration - what a change. You look wonderful. Thank you for posting.

That's what I was going to say... you don't even look like the same person. Nicely done!!

Bumped and bookmarked. Very helpful.

Thank you!

Excellent post Sara. Thank you I'm finishing up the first phase of NROWFW. What do you suggest if the last time I did an exercise (say squat or dead lift) I found the weight too difficult to maintain good form. I assume I keep trying at the same weight until form can be maintained, is that right?

Excellent post you guys. So much common sense that seems absent in so many forums. This is one of the only forums I can stand to because of great posts like this. Oh, and in our house if the sandwich drops and the dog hasn't gotten it, it's clean,
