  • That is fantastic! My mom and I will be right there with you. We are treating ourselves to a cruise for losing 30 pounds. Consider each and every small success to be a great, huge wonderful thing. Any failures are just oops's along the way.

  • If you are doing 20 crunches then put 1 set of 20 or 2 sets of 10. Fitness trainers will break it up to help it not feel like you are doing the same exercise 45 times, so instead they'll say you're doing 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
