I have found that Kashi cereals are pretty good. One in particular is GoLean crisp. It has a great amount of protein (which helps build muscles and keeps you feeling full), plus it is full of fiber and nutrients you need and it tasts good whether in a bowl with milk or out of the box dry. Give it a try, I love it!

I learned through a nutrion class that you actually want an average of 70-100 grams of protein a day to maintain muscle and it keeps your appetite under control and makes your brain think you are full longer.
