you need enough food to be safe while weight-lifting. so you need to eat a certain amount of calories but you can still make sure everything you are eating is healthy. have you weight-lifted before? is this something you want to do?

i definitely think that you can continue to lose weight and have it altered....but maybe not 30 lbs....that could just be too much to take in. but i would think 15-20 would be doable. when does the dress arrive? maybe you can take it to a tailor when it arrives and the tailor can help you figure out how much could be taken…

i frequently don't weight myself on weekends for that particular reason. i don't feel it's an accurate reflection of where i am. otherwise, i am mostly a daily weigher. also, i make an effort to work out on weekends. if i have all day free, then there is no excuse for me to not hit the gym. this balances the increased…

are you eating breakfast? that would add some calories and supposedly it will jumpstart your metabolism. win-win.

i like to weight daily but usually slack on the weekends or when i'm away. it just works for me. but everyone is different!
