I still weight myself about every 3 weeks to just keep tabs, but I mainly go by how my clothes fit and how much my love handles shrink. ;) I track, but use TDEE instead of the MFP calculations. I find the scale unpleasant as well.

I don't use it for weight loss, it has helped tremendously with inflammation I get in my knee! I think it's a great supplement for overall health and can be beneficial, but I've never noticed it help with weight loss.

I wish I had really absorbed this in the past! I would work out until I was ragged, but over eat junk while making no progress. Something I need to focus on now.
