I have done various pills and shakes over the years and they work great!!! Until you stop taking them. If I stuck to their regimen, I was losing weight! But I was also starving and grumpy. And as soon as I stopped taking them, the weight would come back almost immediately. Now with diet and exercise, the weight is coming…
