The podcasts are available free on itunes. I prefer the app so that I can listen to my music as the podcast music really isn't my taste. The app is very cheap, well worth the price!

I was happy to read this. I am counting calories....realistically, working out in the morning and the PM and losing 1 lb per week and very disappointed about it. Although I am losing a lot of inches and feel healthy, reading your post really helped me feel better. Thanks!

This is good advice! It does feel good to be able to eat after you have done a lot of working out! The thing that offends me is that when I do eat people say "oh I thought you were trying to watch what you eat" I HAVE to eat! Especially if I am burning 600 calories a day in exercise, please....give me some fuel!
