I like to make my own pizza mostly and I share it..I buy a premade crust and buy the ingredients I want..grilled chicken, shredded cheese, turkey pepperoni are all my preferences...but be creative with it or do what most of the others suggest, just order a pizza and keep it a few slices. 1 cheat meal is not going to kill…

It was 2 degrees the other day here in Michigan with windchills below that. It's supposed to improve by the end of the week, so just a little longer.

I'm already starting over and it's not even the new year. I could use some friends as well. I'm always gaining and losing and often struggling so I could use some support too and some more good friends who are in it with me through the good and the bad. :)

Hey there--my name is Suzanne :drinker: I'd love to join as well. I still have at least 50lbs to go even before reaching a healthy weight..but 60lbs or so overall. I'd love to have friends who I can really stay accountable with, supportive through the good and bad..etc.

I think it varies with people. I feel I actually did pretty good. I had at least 4-5oz of lean white turkey, 1 cup of stuffing, 1/2-3/4 cups of mashed potatoes, and 1/2 cup of green bean cassarole and 2 slices of coconut cream pie..which is at least 2,000 calories if that and well worth those calorie to add. :)

I lost about 100bs in a year just from getting from point A to Point B as my main source of transportation. It does work when you watch what you eat and put the efforts in. :)

If it was a sports massage on my back or something, then it's totally fine..but whole body could make me feel uneasy. I guess it just depends what type of massage it would be.

I'll be making up a Jennie O Turkey, Turkey Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Cocktail, and having Coconut cream pie for a different chance of pace. Planning on a run Thursday morning. Planning on eating guilt free as well. :)

It's not going to set you back if you watch your portions.

I plan to get in a good workout the day before and the day after. Go for my usual Thanksgiving runs during the early morning hours. Eat what I can with whatever scribbles I can get together since I don't have any major plans. Plan to enjoy at the community Thanksgiving meals though at least. :)

Some of these might have been said, I didn't feel like browsing through several pages of posts..so here's mine. -Do not compare yourself to others. Work on what YOU can do. -Invest in a foam roller for those extra tougher runs. -Do not ignore the doctors. If something hurts and it doesn't go away, go see someone and you…

Pushups are hard..it took me a long time to even do more then 10 pushups without falling to my knees. It takes work and practice. you will get there. Don't compare yourself to anyone else, focus on what YOU can do. :)

My personal best was 1:19..not too bad. :)

Current, since that's the only one I can see. :)

Not new, but always could use new, supportive pals as well. :)

Sorry. Maybe I should think before posting advice. Still though, I can understand what everyone is saying on here. I can still say at least express the OP's concerns, just don't expect him to change if he doesn't want it and if she truly cares, accept him as he is or give him the chance to find someone who will. I get that…

If you really love and care about him, then try and sit him down and express how you feel. If he truly cares about you, he will listen. He has to want the change though, no matter how you or anyone else may want that change, he is the only one that can make it happen. I had this same talk with my fiance to walk with me…

I'm getting better with my binge habits..I went from binging a couple times a week to binging every 3-4 weeks so I want to try this out. I've had this addiction to food since I started my journey..managed to lose 80lbs my first try and then a year of maintaining that, I lose control and gain nearly all but 20lbs back..so…

I believe there is a difference between healthy food and crappy food. If I were to eat fast food, junk food, or whatever everyday and my lab results come in with all high numbers that my doctor ordered. Now, if I stuck to a healthy food plan, exercise regularly, I'm sure those numbers will improve. That's how I see it. I…

Sometimes what helps me stay full and make sure I fuel properly is eating in stages. I could go for 3 meals and 3 snacks in smaller portions and aim for a higher calorie goal? You don't really need to eat a ton to get those calories in..but maybe up your calories during meal/snack times. Good luck, hope with whatever…

I'm having some discomfort right in my knee cap and I'm okay when I run..but lunging, squats..etc can be diffacult in my knees. I hear a similar noise like if there was plastic inside so I wonder if thats a sign of it too. I run 3-4xs a week, and do strength at least twice. For miles per week..I'd say 10-15 avg.
