I really do miss going out to eat. I only go every now and then now. They really know how to pack in the calories into something that you can make at home for less than half the calories.

This drives me nuts sometimes. I get that a lot; "what are you doing?" When I tell them "Calories in calories out and lots of exercise, I get a lot of hands up in the air and "pffft, I thought you had an easier way." People don't want to stop eating their large portions of Olive Garden :)

I always do, even though most times I don't want to :) It actually helps relieve some of my cramps. Not sure if that's the case with every woman. I don't have problems with a heavy flow though, so I'm not much help there.

Your body burns calories all day long. When you set up MFP, you have to input your lifestyle. Mine is sedentary, which means that I don't do much (I have a desk job) and I'm still burning 1240 calories all day, not including what I do for exercise when I'm off work.

Hi there- I started out by walking 3-4 days a week for 30 minutes, and then I added in some running once I could handle it. I also did the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and saw more results with that. I love that video because you get results :)

I just went by what MFP set me at. I will say though that sodium is definitely something I stayed under; set at 2500. I never worried about the sugar, as long as it came from fruits. I also ate and still eat lots of bread. That's one thing I didn't want to give up, because I just love it!! I've tried the low carb diets in…
