I take that back it wasn't the first. The first was when I put on my size 9 capri jeans and they actually buttoned and didn't have to be roped together using a hairtie! They were comfortable even!

I'm up a bit this week 190.4 from 189.6. Next weeks weigh in will be better. I didn't exercise and I ate bad so I guess if the damage want worse then I'm ok!

Yay day 5 done!! I'm not quite as sore today in the legs but I'm sure it will be double tomorrow!!

Yay! Day 4 down! Yoga x wasn't too bad. The repetition in the beginning was a little boring but I liked the rest. I'm a yoga fan anyway though! Tomorrow legs and back and arx....that should be interesting since my legs are still really sore!!
