HI! I am new here! Im not even sure where to begin with weightloss! After having kids the weight has just spiraled upward and I want it gone! I would like to lose about 70 lbs. I plan to begin p90x monday maybe even sooner! I dont know where to begin with eating though but i hope to learn alot from being around here!
