  • I have some Dr Barnard books. Low fat and sugar. Ironically, soon after I bought them, I changed my approach, and am now doing moderate protein and much higher fat so I haven't cooked much from them.
  • I'm eating 40% or under (in grams) of carbs and at least 30% protein. I eat much less grain foods than I did in the past, and I eat way more tofu.   • I make a yoghurt substitute with aseptic tofu (marketed in Australia as Morinaga, but I think it's sold as Mori-nu in the US?). I process a box with 10—20g of agave, a spoonful of Tofutti cream cheese and if I've got it, a generous squeeze of lemon juice and lemon rind. I love it.
  • 37 and over or over 37? I could join the former, not yet the latter. I'm eating according to (my understanding of) Dr Jeffrey Russell's recent ASRM presentation, increasing my protein intake significantly (with the parameters of my vegan diet).
